Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how VERSAFOX CONSTRUCTION LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit antonylysak.com, submit a form, book a Welcome Call, make a payment, or use our consulting, advisory and digital services.
“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with you. We are committed to transparent and responsible data handling and do not sell personal information.
1. Information we collect
We collect only information reasonably needed to operate the website, evaluate inquiries, provide services and complete transactions.
- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, company, business type, revenue range, team size, form answers, messages and information shared during calls or onboarding.
- Payment and booking information: transaction status, amount, currency, selected time, booking identifiers and related records. Stripe processes card details directly; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, session information, referral source and campaign parameters.
- Information from third parties: limited information from payment, scheduling, analytics, advertising, CRM, email and social-media providers when you interact with those services.
2. How we use information
We use personal information for the following business purposes:
- Responding to inquiries and determining whether the Welcome Call is a fit.
- Scheduling, confirming and delivering calls, consulting and advisory services.
- Processing payments, preventing fraud and maintaining transaction records.
- Sending operational messages about forms, bookings, payments, changes or follow-up actions.
- Sending marketing emails only where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law; you may unsubscribe at any time.
- Improving website performance, service quality and user experience; measuring campaigns and aggregated usage.
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights, users and systems.
3. Cookies and analytics
Essential technologies support security, forms, booking and payments. Where you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure site use. Where you allow advertising, we use Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn tools to measure advertising interactions and conversions. Google Tag Manager manages these integrations; it does not replace your privacy choices.
Use Privacy choices on the website or booking pages to allow or reject analytics and advertising separately, or to withdraw a previous choice. Optional measurement requires the corresponding choice. Withdrawing it stops new measurement in that category; it does not cancel your booking or payment.
The landing version is kept for 60 days and stays the same when you change language. Our own first and last campaign-source cookies last up to 90 days. UTM source information requires analytics permission; advertising click identifiers require advertising permission. Direct visits and language changes do not create a new campaign source.
Your saved privacy choice can last up to 180 days. A separate booking capability lasts up to 90 days and lets the system apply withdrawal across linked sessions; this capability cannot grant consent. Browser settings may also restrict cookies or related technologies.
4. When we share information
We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers acting on our behalf or when required by law. These may include:
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Google Workspace and Google Apps Script for scheduling and internal workflow.
- Brevo and other email or CRM tools for lead status and communications.
- Hosting, security, analytics and advertising providers.
- Professional advisers, authorities or counterparties where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including:
Our server copy of SDK matching identifiers is eligible for measurement for up to 24 hours and is cleared by scheduled maintenance or withdrawal. Providers manage their own cookies and retained records under their account settings and privacy policies; the browser-source cookie period does not define every provider's retention period.
The source observed for a booking payment is recorded with that payment. Historical sources in Booking and internal exports follow operational record retention and are not erased or relabelled when a browser cookie expires or optional measurement is withdrawn. Keeping this history does not authorize a new advertising delivery. Advertising click identifiers are not added to the operational Google Sheets export.
- Client and engagement records: during the active relationship and generally up to 3 years afterward.
- Lead and inquiry records: generally up to 2–3 years after the last interaction.
- Analytics and advertising provider records: according to the configured provider retention settings and applicable privacy policies.
- Payment, tax and accounting records: for the period required by applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Some providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international processing.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information, withdraw consent, object to or limit certain processing, and opt out of marketing communications.
California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and receive equal service for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email us using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
8. Children, third-party links and policy changes
The website and services are intended for business owners and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal obligations. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
